The online booking system is up and running, in order to book appointments you need to fill out a client and pet form, once accepted by myself you can see my availability, multiple bookings can be requested throughout the year.

Hello everyone,

After much debating I have decided going forward to use an online booking system. This will require all clients to fill out a form and payment will be taken via the system. If you could all fill out the form that will be brilliant, I'd like to be paper free by the end of September 🐾

Unfortunately I have been left with no choice but to now put in place more terms and conditions when booking with me.

From now on all bookings will require a £15 non refundable deposit to confirm your appointment this is due to no shows, refusal of cancellation fees over the last few months. The rest of the grooming price is to be paid on collection. For nail clippings it will be £5 on booking and £5 on collection.

If you have to rearrange outside of the 24 hours of your appointment I will happily move to a different date if it's inside of the 24 hours I will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

I love what I do but this is my business and if I don't get paid then I don't get paid. I really hope everyone can understand and appreciate this going forward.

I am happy to answer any queries regarding this.

Anara loved her doggy day care with us at the weekend. Long walk into Poppleton and down to the Ings for a walk by the river meeting lots of dogs and some horses. Frank and Jessie loved a new friend for the day
