🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT – COURIER & DELIVERY UPDATE 🚨

We would like to inform all our customers that, effective 28th October 2026, Wrex Raw has ceased all trading with our existing courier provider.

This decision has not been taken lightly. Unfortunately, following a series of ongoing and unacceptable operational issues, we have been left with no alternative but to terminate our working relationship.

In recent days, over 12 pallets’ worth of customer parcels have gone missing within the courier network, resulting in thousands upon thousands of pounds in financial losses to our business, alongside significant disruption, frustration and disappointment for our customers.

As a business, we have worked tirelessly to resolve these issues. However, we can no longer continue to operate with a service that falls so far below the standards both we and our customers expect.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We have successfully arranged an emergency account with an alternative courier provider, and some customers may have already received delivery notifications from this new service.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a temporary disruption to our dispatch operations while we finalise our new courier arrangements.

We are working towards having our new courier service fully operational by Monday, 2nd November, allowing us to resume dispatches and begin getting outstanding orders back on track.

We appreciate that this situation is far from ideal, particularly for customers who are awaiting deliveries. Please be assured that our team is doing everything within its power to minimise disruption and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If you are experiencing an issue with an existing order, have concerns regarding your delivery, or simply require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team via email.

We will do our very best to assist every customer and provide updates wherever possible.

Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our customers for their continued patience, understanding and support during what has been an incredibly challenging period for our business.

We are determined to move forward, rebuild a reliable delivery service and return to providing the level of service our customers deserve.

I was not going to speak on this, as I was confident our guys would handle it down at Stobarts but i’ve decided to quickly address it.

I want to politely say, do your own research. The people posting these posts have 2 friends, 10 posts and all are about the same thing. Then the exact same thing posted under 3 different names.

Us selling a budget friendly brand speaks nothing on us as people, and us trying to help people on small budgets feed a good diet is the whole reason we opened WrexRaw.

Samples are being taken from us, other stockists and the factory to prove the contents of each chub and labelling has been implemented to prevent any grey areas for people to try and come in with false allegations.

We appreciate everyone’s patience whilst this has been ongoing.

Although we never usually post anything outside of our usual operating hours as we all have families and loved ones to return to after the working day, this post is absolutely necessary so please READ THIS.

Shown in the photo, right at the top of our website (Which you cannot miss), we ask our customers to read and familiarise themselves with our terms and conditions. These form part of the contract between us and you as soon as you place your order.

REMINDERS:

1️⃣ We have a 1-3 working day processing time before dispatch. We're human. We don't have hundreds of employees picking & packing orders 24 hours a day. We are a small family-run business doing our best. The processing time for your order begins the next working day. MONDAY-THURSDAY.

2⃣ We do NOT offer next-day delivery once your order is placed. We simply cannot provide this due to the volume of orders we receive even when we are expanding our team. We do NOT advertise this anywhere so please do not email us asking where your order is when 24 hours have not passed. Once an order is shipped, it is then delivered the next day!

3️⃣ We ship to Mainland UK ONLY! We cannot make any exceptions for anybody placing large orders, as we cannot cover any shipping premiums beyond what the customer has paid. This will NOT change.

4️⃣ Our terms and conditions are in place for a reason. We don't play games, we don't scam people, we don't take your money and avoid you like the plague. If you want next-day shipping then we are not the company for you. We will NOT accept rude or threatening behaviour regarding any order because you ran out of food due to your bad planning. End of story.

5️⃣ UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN HAPPEN!!!!
Things happen that are completely out of our control. Whether that be courier issues, stock issues, bereavements, members of staff off work and so on. There are hundreds of scenarios that cause delays. We are human. We are still figuring this out ourselves. Please learn some patience🤦🏼‍♂️

Four years.

Four whole years ago, Wrex Raw first opened their doors with the same goal we have today. To bring affordable feeding nationwide, and that's exactly what we have done.

There have been countless ups & downs, what ifs, times we were uncertain about what the future held. We stuck at what we knew, and what we were good at.

Thousands and thousands of you placed your trust with us to fuel your furry friends. Dogs, cats, ferrets, skunks, the list does not end. We are forever grateful for every single one of our customers.

We admit, there have been occasions where things have gone south with orders, our couriers and general operations. At the end of the day, this is still our first time doing this. We learn new things every single day.

We would like to thank our customers, our families, our suppliers and all of the middlemen who make everything possible. It never goes unnoticed. We'd also like to thank our members of staff. The ones who keep things running on a day-to-day basis working all hours of the day!😂
