Meet Sammi and Frankie, two gorgeous, bonded brothers who are looking for a special forever home. These two aren't your typical "instant lap-cats." They are shy, timid, and fearful of the fast-paced world. But behind those cautious eyes lie devoted, gentle companionsโif you have the patience to wait for them and to work with them.

The Bond: They are inseparable. They find comfort and courage in each other, so they must be adopted together.
The Looks: Both Black and White, Sammi has more black on his face and Frankie more white. Both medium to long hair and so will need help grooming but that will help forge a bond with them as well.
The Personality: They are gentle souls who prefer to observe from a safe distance. They wonโt greet you at the door (yet!), but they will love you in their own quiet way.
The "Mission": We are looking for an adopter who understands that trust cannot be rushed. It may take monthsโor even longerโfor them to come out of their shell, allow themselves to be stroked, or sit on a lap. They will need a quiet, adult-only home (or a home with very calm, older children) and a patient human willing to let them bloom in their own time.
What You Will Get In Return: There is no better feeling than earning the trust of a frightened animal. When Sammi and Frankie finally decide to purr, rub against your leg, or play for the first time, you will know you have done something truly special.
Ideal Home: A quiet, calm environment. An experienced owner who understands cat behavior (or a patient beginner willing to learn). A dedicated safe space (like a spare bedroom) to start. An indoor-only life to keep them safe and secure. Frankie and Sammi are both on a special diet, Frankie is on medication which he has with his food with no trouble.
