Windle Woofs Dog Grooming is owned and operated by me - Suzanne. I groom on a one-to-one basis in my relaxed dog grooming salon in the peaceful surroundings of my garden. I am City and Guilds Level 3 Qualified and ably equipped to groom both small and large breeds including puppies. All products used are 100% Cruelty-Free, Natural, Vegan and Hypoallergenic. I love dogs and own two who are my world

Hello☀️It's pesky grass seed season!!

With gardens, parks and paths so dry at the moment it probably seems there is not much use in cleaning paws after walks! However I've noticed this past week many dogs coming in for their groom with grass seeds wedged between toes (see photo).

These can prove pretty hazardous if left unchecked - not only can they cause topical interdigital cysts which need antibiotics and treatments, they can pierce the skin and travel up the arm to the heart.

Please protect your pups and check those paws, in-between toes at the end of every day. ❤️

Hello All,

Unfortunately I need to apply a price increase with effect from 1st May. I haven't made an increase in over 2 years but with my water, energy and cost of supplies almost doubling in some cases, unfortunately I really have no choice.

All full groom prices will increase by £5 - the price of a coffee from a decent cafe. For the price of a coffee every 6 to 8 weeks, what do you get in return from me? ☕️

🐶 I have almost 10 years professional dog grooming experience and of running my own business - I'm now one of the most experienced groomers in the area.

🐶 One thing I've learned since I started dog grooming is that experience counts for everything in this industry. Not just in producing a fantastic haircut but identifying lumps, bumps and potential conditions such as arthritis and behavioural changes that your dog may have, often which go unnoticed.

🐶 A modern state of the art studio, in my secure garden in a quiet cul de sac. Your dog has a truly one to one experience with me - not a busy salon with multiple dogs, people coming in and out, distractions and noise and the risk of running out onto a busy street or car park.

🐶 I use the best quality shampoos, products and tools all of which have gone up in price considerably over the last couple of years but I will not compromise on quality!

🐶 I regularly update my training by attending seminars, roadshows and webinars.
