Good morning,
This is without a doubt the hardest post I have ever had to write. I am writing to notify all clients, membership and adhoc that Happy Hounds will be closing down as of Friday 13th December. Due to changes within the business and circumstances with ownership, after exhausting every option we have made the decision to close permanently.
Membership clients, this is our 4 week notice to terminate all contracts. The payment taken yesterday (Monday 11th November) will be the final payment. This covers all pre existing services up until 6th December.. Adhoc clients, we will be running our services with limited availability until 13th December, already existing bookings are priority but we will do our best to take on extra bookings where possible. All adhoc services booked by previous members or adhoc clients between 1st - 13th December will need to be pre booked and pre-paid by 29th November.
As many of you know 6th December was my original leaving date but sadly the 13th will also be Lee, Phoebe, Elaine, and Lili’s last day as well. We are devastated and can’t begin to thank each and every one of you for the love and support you have shown our little business over the last 10 years.
Many of you will know the owners Chris and Emily who worked so hard to create the wonderful family Happy Hounds has become. We are so grateful to have been part of such a fantastic business, where friends and memories have been made to last a lifetime.
Key’s will be returned upon your dogs final booked session. Alternative to that once all bookings are in by 29th November keys will be dropped off to those clients who will no longer require services the following week. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please give me a shout.
I understand this is a shock to many of you and we are so sorry for the inconvenience this will cause. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or require any recommendations for alternative walks or dog care in the area.
