Dorothy ( now Masie ) is officially adopted!

After lengthy treatment for a horrible infection in her tail/ back end which ended up being “Ecoli “( likely caused by sitting in her own faeces) she is on the mend

She has been adopted by our local pub Landlords at “The Swans” 🦢

Maisie you’re officially a pub dog, and are loving every second of the attention!

Have the best life Maisy! ❤️

Susan is still looking for her forever home

We believe she is JRT X patterdale

She is approx 7 years old

She is dog social and has no issues with dogs offlead

She can be reactive on lead , she just needs a form but kind handler to remind her not bark

Experienced terrier home with people that understand terrier behaviour would be perfect

Susan is affectionate and loving and would love nothing more than somebody to love her

She loves walks, but equally happy pottering around a garden and having a lap to sit on

Susan would be able to live with a male dog happily

She will need to have a season before spaying as recently had pups

She could live with children 8 plus

Not cat tested

ok to be left up to 4 hours

Housetraining is intermittent so may need more training and regular access to a secure garden

If you guilt give susan the home she deserves please contact us

Meet Benny and Penny

These dogs came in together but do not need to be re homed together

They are not a bonded pair

Benny is almost 7

Penny is approx 5 years old

These dogs are very loving and dog social

Both will guard high value treats/ bones / food from other dogs ( not people)

Could live with another dog but have to be separated for feeding

They came in very matted and have now had a groom

Benny and Penny could potentially live with cats

Could live with children

These dogs are not fully housetrained so will need to have somebody around a lot of the time initially

Both active and love a ball/ toys

must have a secure garden

Please contact if you could offer Penny or Benny a loving home 🏠

It was such an amazing turnout and we saw so many Poppys Pals rescues now settled into their loving homes :)

we raised over ÂŁ250 on dog show entries so thank you all so so much!

This will pay for a dogs neuter, this is so appreciated

We had the best day!

Thank you to every person who made this possible!

Thank you lovely volunteers who paraded the dogs for re homing 🙂

Thank you to Liv for taking some beautiful photos of the dogs!

May this be the start of many more incredible events at the Furlong 🥰

Meet Boycie

Boycie is around 2 years old and is a little bit scared of life

He will be up for adoption in the next few days, we just want him to settle in

He hasn’t been used to children so wouldn’t suit a home with young children

Keep your eyes peeled for Boycies progress
