Thursday

Dry today but cold enough that my phone didn't leave my pocket much unless necessary.
9:00 we had a nice trot around sodden but frozen fields, everyone very well behaved and attentive

11:00 newgate and the outer paths. Simba and waffle really are a two man party no matter where we go and they galloped and played through out. Miss olive joined in occasionally, pearl watched with suspicion

1:00 final walk just the three at Stanlylands, and a few circuits. Connie dug a bit while Oscar explored the woods. All perfectly behaved

Finally my lot to Lyme park for some pretty blinding views at dusk

Tuesday

Rather a damp one but not as bad as it could have been. First walk was a loop from the rugby fields down to the Carrs and back along the pavement. Second around the fields, phone stayed dry in my pocket but all well behaved. No one in sight. Last at Stanlylands, and rain was pretty contestant first half before brightening up. The guys were happy to trot, Connie following her nose a bit.

Thursday

9:00 fields and enjoying the sun. Everyone had a good run as we did a few circuits

11:00 we went exploring around the pond so quite a bit of lead work- fyi waffle is so so perfect on the lead ! But we did have runs off as well once I've done a circuit and made sure there was no life stock in reach

1:00 final walk at Stanlylands and a bit of dry ground. Oscar as the girls perfect as always

9:00 a few circuits of newgate, damp but pretty. Cara met one of her human friends and got a good fuss, Mable and Polly did their thing

11:00 around the rather squishy fields, a very calm lot. Questioned whether Hank was allowed off his lead , and whether his ear infection had cleared, but before I could message to ask he spent two minutes shaking his head - figured that was answer enough. He was a good boy though when in captivity. Daisy get bubbly bossy self

1:00 final walk back in the fields again. Girls very playful, Oscar seeming to drift about 100 metres away every few minutes but did come back when called before drifting again like a yo-yo.

Rather a damp one but the dogs didn't mind.

9:00 newgate and near three circuits with these spry pups. Mable and Polly explored the woods while Cara the path

11:00 fields and a rather muddy circuit. Daisy was very keen to play.

1:00 Stanlylands. Currently it's the least muddy place to go. We did two circuits of the top field before going along the river and back.

Monday

9:00 a circuit or two of newgate, cub off for some of it while Lottie kept nest and sniffed about.

11:00 we retreated to Stanlylands and played along the river. Waffle found sticks and stones to bark out, while Connie and ivy watched and cheered.

1:00 final walk around the fields, drier than I thought so very pleasant. Cora and bonnie a dream, happy to trot along while my horrible collies herded the tennis ball and yelled at me

Thursday

Just the seven dogs today so two very pleasant walks. First walk up by Stanlylands, everyone enjoying the change of pace and new sniffs. Second was around the peat bog and nature reserve. Lots of passing walkers but perfectly behaved through out.
