Meet Nora and Morris!! They are a lovely pair I’ll be taking out at the end of a few days a week. Nora does the best pray pose and Morris enjoys squirrels. Still getting to know each other but think we’ll get along grand.

9:00 and 11:00 both in the fields. I haven’t been for a few weeks as they manured the place but it’s been washed in now and the grass is back to being long. Lots of playing.

3;00 mr H and sochs did some more exploration of Alderley park. Such pretty woods though we seem to be the only ones obeying the leads only ruleto

4:00 first walk with Morris and Nora , Alderley park again :)

Damp but a much better temperature for all
9:00 and 11:00 we’re at Newgate and and fun double circuit of the outer circuit. Cub hunted but started attractive, midge as usual enamoured by Cub but a long politer. At 11 the labs ran riot but again very attentive to me when I called them back.
1:00 just Oscar and my lot along the river at stanlylands. There was a lot of playing in in river
3:00 finally tried the walk at Alderley park with sochs and Hector, very pretty woods and quiet. Lead walks only, but very much worth a visit.

Not as hot as yesterday but still warm- semi hot mode: some walking but a lot of dawdling in the shade or by rivers

9:00 circuit of Newgate should still relatively cool. Everyone excitable but good natured. Midge and Polly happy to do their thing in the whole.
11:00 we went to the woods by the second runway, along the river and to the tunnel and back. Just the three so a very relaxed affair, Cub hunting for my dinner while Olive lounged on the beach watching Oscar in the water.
1:00 the duo went to the Edge, quite warm now so we took it slow and enjoyed the shade of the woods.

From early morning with my lot- I’ll wait till this evening for their second. Cooler weather tomorrow!

Tuesday

Three walks all in the same place. We parked at the very back of Wilmslow garden centre and went straight in the small woods by the river Dean, before staying put while the dogs all played in the stream. Very little mileage but all cool and safe. Think it’s meant to cool off tomorrow so hopefully more walking will happen.
