Dear Valued Dog Owners,
I hope you and your wonderful dogs are keeping well. I am writing with both a heavy heart and deep gratitude to let you know that I will no longer be continuing my dog-boarding and walking services in the new year. My final day of work will be Monday, 6th January, and I will not be taking on any new bookings going forward.
After much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to change careers and return to education in order to create a better work–life balance for myself and my young family. This has not been an easy choice to make. For the past eight years, caring for your dogs has brought me immense joy, pride, and purpose. Being trusted with your beloved companions has truly been a privilege, and stepping away from this chapter is incredibly bittersweet.
Unfortunately, I will be unable to conduct any boardings after 6th January (except under exceptional circumstances). This means that any bookings scheduled beyond that date will need to be cancelled. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you can understand the reasons behind this change.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your support, trust, and kindness over the years. I will always cherish the memories and the relationships built with both you and your dogs.
