We are fully booked this week for full grooms.

I have a few small slots available that will suit bath and tidys puppy packages or short coated breeds for a de shed.

Going forward we would prefer cash or card machine down at the salon. But if bank transfer is your only option please make sure you have the right details. And the old account will be closed this saturday!

📍Cancellation policy 📍

Just a reminder of our policy, this is in place to cover work that can't be filled last minute and staffs wages.

As I appreciate no one loves to pay for something they aren't receiving I also dont like coming to work to not get paid! Glamour pups is my sole income if you cancel last minute I have to find the money to pay by staff that ive asked to work. This affects my bills both at work and at home!

The cancellation is 50% of the full groom this will need to be paid via bank transfer before any other appointments are made. We only require 48hours notice this give us time to offer the slot to other clients or to arrange the day better to suit the staff that day! Last minute appointments not only massively affect the working day but means I working full hours with usually no pay!

Im sure you wouldn't like to work for no pay?!

Thanks for understanding next post will be this week's cancellation. Some full grooms have come available!
