We offer a loving and caring alternative to kennels, providing a safe home environment for your dogs while you go on holiday. Your dogs stay in carers homes, all carers are experienced dog lovers who you will have met before your holiday. We keep to your routines so is kinder and less stressful for your pets – no kennels or cages. All our carers have been interviewed and references taken, licensed

with the local authority and insured. When owners first contact us we will take great care in finding out about the needs of your dog and then search our carers for the one most suited to your pets. You and your dog will then meet the carer and if your dog is happy a booking can be confirmed. Only your dogs will stay with the chosen carer at that time.

🌾🐾 Grass seed season is back!

They may look harmless, but these tiny seeds can cause serious problems for dogs.

At this time of year, it’s worth checking your dog after every walk - especially their paws, ears, armpits and anywhere seeds can easily become trapped in their coat.

Once attached, grass seeds can work their way through the fur and into the skin, causing painful irritation, infections, abscesses and sometimes requiring veterinary treatment.

💥 This video shows just how easily a grass seed can travel through gauze. Imagine how quickly they can move through a dog’s coat and towards the skin.

A quick check after every walk could save your dog a lot of discomfort.
