First time meeting Ted today & I’ve fallen in love…….again!!
I do love me a giant double coated breed groom, love a good deshed 🙌
Ted is such a beautiful boy & so well behaved……a little bit lazy tho so my work in the gym was put to use 😂
Ted’s coat was so thick & he was ready for a good pamper, I think he left with half the coat & just look at that shine 🤩

The wonderful Ethel in this morning to start my Saturday off in the most fabulous way 😍
Ethel is now 11 months old & 50kg…..that was a badly timed upper session at the gym last before Ethel time 😂

Oh Luna where have you been all my life 😍
9yr old Luna came in today for her first visit to me & wow what a girl she is, I instantly fell in love with her & would love to have been grooming her all these years!
Luna’s coat was impacted in places & she needed a good deshed. Swipe to see her before & the amount of coat that came out just with her pre bath blast 🙈
I have a process that I use for my double coated breeds & it is 👌

1. Pre bath blast & brush out
2. Bath, really massaging all the shampoo in for a long while
3. Second blast in the bath while the shampoo is on, it helps to loosen the coat more & also blasts away a lot of shampoo, so rinsing the coat is quicker 🙌
4. Squeeze all the excess water out & towel dry
5. Onto the table & blast blast blast
6. Brush & comb under the stand dryer 🥰

This process cuts down so much time & is an absolute game changer for thick coated breeds.

My beautiful girl Luna……love grooming this girl 😍😍
Many people may think that dog groomers only love the super well behaved dogs or the ones that are really chill…….that couldn’t be further from the truth. I love grooming all my dogs & yes some require more patience & time than others, but that’s why I love my job 🥰
Luna is such a beautiful girl, but is very anxious when being groomed & it def isn’t her fave thing bless her, but together over the years we have worked out a good method that works for both of us.
Being calm & working slowly yet efficiently is the key 🔑 to grooming Luna 💫

Every dog has a method that will work for them & it’s my job as an experienced dog groomer that loves their job, to work with them until we find our way ✂️❤️

Little Miss Harley the Morkie came in to see me today for the first time.
Harley is a bit of a drama queen 🙈& had a good relationship with her previous groomer, so it can take some time for dogs like her to get used to someone new……understandably.
That said as much as she tries every trick in the book & is very vocal, she is super cute & for our first time together, we had a good session, including loads of cuddles & kisses.
With dogs that can be anxious it can take a few grooms before they can relax, buts that’s ok, we’ll get to know each other & hopefully this will be the start of a lovely relationship.
