Great snaps. Nobody ever wanted fewer cute pics of their dog. Seriously 📸

Humour! This is a huge one for me. Having a sense of humour is such a big part of who I am. Making someone laugh or smile is a win every time

Genuinely caring. Loving dogs is a given, but showing that care to pet parents gives them total peace of mind!
