We’ve been given Amber and Red alerts, please leave your dogs at home, the shop will be unbearable, and we will be closing earlier later in the week (Thursday?). We love seeing them but honestly please please please don’t bring them down this week. If you’re local, order a van delivery 🚚 it’s honestly the best way 😘🫶🏻

These are forecast maximum temperatures for Tuesday.

By Tuesday, temperatures across England are likely to be 30-35C, however in the South East, and through the South, 36-39C is likely. It’s possible 40C could occur by Wednesday.

☀️ Courier Deliveries Paused Due to Heatwave ☀️

The weather is absolutely wild, and unfortunately we can’t risk frozen raw food spending time in courier networks during the temperatures forecast over the next few days.

Our courier service will therefore be temporarily paused to protect the quality and safety of your pet’s food. Don’t worry though our Stefs freezer vans are operating as normal, with food transported frozen directly from our freezers to your doorstep. 🚚❄️

If your order is affected, I’ll be in touch directly to discuss your options.

Meet Nelly! 🐾

Isn’t she just adorable? 😍 Nelly had her first delivery this week, and it looks like she couldn’t wait to show off her bag of Dried Sprats!

Those gorgeous wiry whiskers, that cheeky little face and those bright eyes have completely stolen our hearts. ❤️

Sprats are a fantastic natural treat, packed with omega oils to help support healthy skin, a shiny coat and overall wellbeing. Plus, they’re absolutely irresistible for most dogs!
