🥵1. Sun-Trap Rooms (Conservatories & Greenhouses): These spaces can heat up like ovens in mere minutes. Always double-check that a curious kitty hasn't slipped inside before you close the door and trap them in the heat.
❤️‍🔥2. Sunburn on Pink Skin: Did you know cats can get sunburnt? White cats, or those with pale ears and noses, are particularly vulnerable. Speak to your vet about a feline-safe sunscreen to prevent painful burns. 🧴🐈
🪟3. Open, Unsecured Windows: "High-rise syndrome" peaks in the summer. A cat tracking a passing bird or fly can easily lose their balance and fall from an open window. Invest in sturdy window mesh or restrictors to catch the breeze safely.
