Dexter’s Big Day at Highley Manor

Dexter stayed with me while his parents got ready for their wedding before heading to the beautiful Highley Manor in West Sussex for his important role as Ring Bearer.

With glorious April sunshine and an outdoor ceremony, the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Dexter walked down the aisle beautifully and played a special part in his parents’ big day.

Helping couples include their dogs in their wedding celebrations is one of my favourite parts of the job. I make sure every dog is relaxed, cared for and ready for their moment.

Accredited IMDT Dog Trainer, Wedding Dog Chaperone and 5 star licensed home boarder with Mid Sussex District Council.

Finley & Paddy – VIP Guests at Their Parents’ Wedding 🐾

It was a joy to be the personal wedding chaperone for Finley and Paddy, two beautiful toy poodles who played a special role on their parents’ big day.

As an experienced dog trainer, 5-star licensed home boarder (Mid Sussex District Council), and dedicated wedding chaperone, I ensured they were calm, happy, and part of the celebration without any stress for the couple or the venue.

My role included:
• Morning walks and preparation
• Safe, comfortable transport to the venue
• On-site care during the ceremony and photos
• Coordinating with photographers, planners and registrars
• Post-wedding overnight care in my licensed home setting

With a background in hospitality and events, I understand the flow of a wedding day and work seamlessly with your suppliers—making sure everything runs smoothly while your dogs enjoy their moment in the spotlight.

Brilliant work from Raven Katherine and Ethan on achieving level 1 with pooch patrol .
Great work each week and perfect demonstrations from Raven showing us what to do .
Ethan came to work towards his Duke of Edinburgh award and he chose training his dog Raven as his task . He did brilliantly well done 👏🏻
