Hi everyone - entries are looking really low for this week and weekend at Foxhills Equestrian - we have clear round on wednesday evening, showjumping on saturday and dressage on sunday. We appreciate this is a tricky week for everyone with back to school and work so we just need to know are there any more takers for entries? We need to make a decision by this evening whether we can justify running or not. Please let us know your thoughts/ feedback ###

A brilliant day of competition, hard work and plenty of proud moments. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a lovely show.

🚨🐴 IMPORTANT — EQUINE INFLUENZA PROCEDURES 🐴🚨

Due to the current Equine Influenza situation, strict biosecurity measures are in place for Sunday’s show.

📖 Passport & vaccination proof must be checked before unloading
🌡️ Please bring photographic proof of a temperature check from the day before or morning of the show
🎟️ You will be issued a wristband which must be worn and visible at all times
⏰ Please arrive at least 20 minutes earlier than normal to allow time for checks
❌ If your horse is showing any signs of illness, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND

⚠️ Anyone not complying with the Equine Influenza procedures will be asked to leave the showground immediately.

Photography and personalised competition reels will be available on the day, but videography and personalised reels must be pre-booked with 📸

Your full show information has been sent, and it is VERY IMPORTANT that you read it before travelling.

🐴 EQUINE INFLUENZA PROCEDURES – PLEASE READ! 🚨

Due to the current Equine Influenza outbreak, strict biosecurity procedures are in place.

✅ Passport & vaccination record must be checked before unloading
✅ Bring photographic proof of your horse’s temperature check from the day before the show
✅ You will receive a wristband once checked – this must be visible at all times
❌ Any horse showing signs of illness must NOT attend
⚠️ Failure to comply with the procedures will mean you are asked to leave the showground.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes earlier than normal to allow time for checks.

🐎 Please keep your distance from other horses, remain in the lorry park while waiting, and use hand sanitiser/boot dips where available.

📍 SHOW LAYOUT
• Jump warm-up – sectioned area within the jumping arena
• Flatwork warm-up – office arena
• Dressage tests – indoor arena

🏇 JUMP WARM-UP
Only 3 riders are permitted in the jump warm-up at one time. Please wait for the steward to invite you in.

📋 DRESSAGE REMINDERS
• Gloves must be worn
• Boots/bandages must be removed before entering the arena
• Bit guards are not permitted
• Tack must comply with current British Dressage rules
• Please bring your own test reader – unfortunately, we cannot provide readers
