Purrs Cat Rescue - Walsall

🐾 We are a small, Walsall based rescue whose aim is to help the most vulnerable of cats in our local community. We are a non funded, not for profit rescue.

Every cat deserves a chance, when they come through our doors, their new lives begin 🐾

🐈‍⬛💖🐾 Mary has flown the Purrs Nest 🎉 She went to her lovely new home this afternoon 🏡 You may recall Mary had quite a rough start, she was found by the folks at Bosty Fields : Secure Dog Park with her siblings. Now she's about to start a wonderful life with an amazing family 🥰 We know her foster mom Ann Lawrence will really miss her but I'm sure she'll receive lots of updates! Be happy Mary 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💖🐾 Graham is such a lovely boy, he will be going to our vets next week to be neutered. We will then be looking for a home for him. We will keep you updated as to when Graham can be reserved 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛🎃🐾 What a spooktacular day! We know today is a busy day for many families and there were lots of fab local events happening, but we still had an amazing turn out! It was lovely as always to have a catch up with our regulars, see some familiar faces and even some new ones too! Thank you all for once again showering us with support and generosity this weekend. 🧡

Thanks to that support you have all helped us to raise an amazing £629 today at our Rummage Sale! 🙀 We have also recieved £355 in donations online and from supporters yesterday / today. As a small, non funded rescue this will be such a huge help! 💕

🧁 Thank you Keith, Deborah, Sue & Val for your delicious cakes!

💒 Thank you to the lovely Lizi at Brownhills Methodist Church for letting us rent the church hall!

🛍️ Thank you to everyone that attended & donated towards the sale today and to everyone who donated items to use for our online fundraising, we couldn’t be more thankful!

🐱 Thank you to all those that dropped off cat food donations, we and our foster cats are so grateful!

🤝 Thank you to Animal Rescue Volunteers for joining us once again with your stall to raise some vital funds!

🌟 And finally to our amazing team, volunteers & helpers today - you are all absolute superstars and we are so grateful for all of your time, effort & hard work!

💓 Thank you all so so much, without your support we wouldn’t be able to do what we do! We have built a lovely little community and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of you that donate & attend. We look forward to seeing you again soon! 🐾🎃🐈‍⬛
