A few of you have messaged me saying you've tried to get hold of Pawfection cutz - Emily is on a grand tour around Europe over the coming weeks... In her holiday haste, she forgot to post her socials notice to let you all know.

It goes without saying, she will not be available to respond to work messages/calls whilst she's away.

Day 2 of no EE phone signal or Internet at the salon....

COME ON EE what's going on!!!!

Apologies for anyone trying to get in touch.

I can only pick up messages/call when I'm home or travel to/through an area with signal (so not when I'm working) 🤔

Im pretty sure I've replied to everyone who has contacted me or who was expecting me to get in touch this evening.

If I've missed anyone, please give me a nudge, I will check in the morning before I leave for the salon.

Apologies I've had NO PHONE OR INTERNET all day, there is an issue with the EE mast near the salon which apparently engineers are looking at... I've been unable to make or receive calls, texts or WhatsApps or take payments 😵😵‍💫

I know I have a few people are waiting for me to get in touch and/or respond - yesterday I didn't get home until 9pm and today I have a whopping headache. So another apology from me for the delay on that front.... 😣.

Hopefully tomorrow we will be back to normal...

🚨We've been notified that Kennel Cough🚨 is in the area and doing the rounds. Please stay vigilant and keep your eyes open for any of the tell-tale symptoms - if you suspect your dog may have Kennel Cough, please do NOT attend the salon, contact your groomer to rearrange their appointment.

Please do your part in helping to minimise the spread of Kennel Cough as it's highly contagious and very easily passed around.

‼️Water bowls have been removed from all pens and reception area, if your dogs requires a drink please ask your groomer to provide a fresh bowl of drinking water 🙂

I present to you all - THE teeniest MOST expensive bit of god knows what, that has been flushed from Daisy's nose today under anaesthetic!!

Everything seemed to go well and when I arrived to collect Daisy I could hear her protesting about being in a Vet kennel - the staff said she had been a little sweetie, but I think they were glad to give their ears a rest when we got there.

So, hopefully that's that now! She's been a brave girl and is currently snoozing cuddled up with me...think I may join her after quite a few sleepless nights 💤😴

We're just at a Vets in Prestwich this morning as little Daisy is being admitted for an urgent procedure.

This is unexpected and I may need to rearrange my day to arrange to collect Daisy after her procedure - I've already reached out to one pawrent who will be affected, but as it's an 'unknown' issue, pending urgent investigation I'm on stand-by.

As always disruption is kept to a minimum, but I'm sure you'll appreciate that I need to tend to one of my little furries health as a priority.
