Well - we made it !! 1st year as a Post Office.

Wouldnt say its been the easiest year ...but we are here and still going. We offer a variety of services so please bare us in mind and use us to help keep the us here. I will try do some posts over the coming weeks letting you all know what we can do and how to support us.

I dont get a salary for having the Post Office I get paid on the transactions we produce so at present I am open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 9am -4pm. I dont close for lunch breaks nor coffee breaks - Im in half hour before that and a half hour after that... so basically 53 hours a week and I dont make the minimum wage or any where near it.

This is not a woe me post !! It is a post explaining I run this service on my own, so if I do close for half hour or even a day or even for a week to have a holiday...please be kind!!!

A huge congratulations to Joyce Burnett who was our winner of the Callander Business Raffle !!! I'm sure she will be delighted with her prizes and will give us an update on how she and others benefited from it 🎄

I just want to thank all the business who took part in this Raffle and I was truly overwhelmed by their generosity!

I wish to thank the Callander Local Community who bought in our shops this November I'm sure it's made a big difference to us as well.

This project got everyone talking about buying local and supporting local businesses - there felt like a general buzz around the town this dull wet November ❤️

I would also like to thank Carron Tobin Krystan Blackie and Romy Wilson who helped me pull this all together..couldn't have done it without you ❤️
