At Fetching, we understand that life happens and plans can change! 🐾 However, when appointments are cancelled with short notice (within 24 hours), it can be challenging to fill the spot with another furry friend. This impacts our groomers’ schedule and their ability to earn a full day’s pay. 💼

To ensure fairness to our groomer and other customers who may be waiting for a slot, we apply a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. This helps us cover costs for that time, as our groomer has reserved it specifically for your pet. 🐶✂️

However, we also appreciate your understanding and loyalty! For customers who need to cancel within that window, we usually offer a small discount on your next booking as a gesture of goodwill. 🐕💕
