Thank you all for your kind words and messages over the past few weeks. Also massive thank you to those who moved their appointments. I promised an update so here it is.

Roman had his surgery this morning and is home recovering. Unfortunately the surgery didn’t go as planned and he requires a bigger, more invasive surgery after he turns one. But for now he is cast free, not in any pain and smiling as always.

Hi all,

I am having to take sometime off at the end of February. Baby Roman is having surgery and I’ve just received the date.

If your appointment falls on the 13th of Feb or between the 26th of Feb and the 6th of March I will be in touch with a new date in the next few days. I will keep your appointment as close to the original as possible. When you receive the message could you please let me know you’ve received it and the new date suits.

** PRICE INCREASE**

Hey everyone.

From January, there will be a small price increase. This will vary depending on breed and will be between £2–£4 per groom. I haven’t increased my prices since 2022, so this helps cover rising costs while continuing to provide the best care for your dogs 🐶

Poodles and all poodle mixes will start from £44.

That’s a wrap on 2025 🎉

Wow what a year it’s been! New house, New salon and New baby. Next year and all subsequent years will be much much slower because I’m having no more kids and not moving house for a long long long time 🤣

Hey everyone.

Going forward the only payment method I will be accepting is cash.

No transfers or card payments I’m afraid. Transfers because I spend too much time chasing payments (sorry to those who are good at transferring immediately) and card payments because when I was off I did last years accounts and the amount I paid in transaction fees was sickening.
There is a free cash machine at the shop up the hill from me on North Road. I will put a reminder on everyone’s reminder texts.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support. I missed all your pups when I was off and look forward to seeing them over the next few weeks. Stacey xx

Hi everyone,

I’m back at work 2 weeks today (6th of November). If you need an appointment sooner than you already have booked in, I have had some space become available at 11am on the 13th of November. Please message me if you’d like to move to this date, first come first serve basis (existing customers only) *** GONE ***

Last appointment of the year available is the 12th of December at 12:30. It’s an hour appointment so only suitable for small (ish) dog or short haired breed. *** GONE ***

Just a reminder that I am on maternity leave and not returning until November.

I’ve got 8 missed calls from today alone, I’m not actively checking my work phone or messages everyday. If you send a message I will get back to you however it may take a bit longer than usual.

My books remain closed to new customers and I am fully booked for November and December when I return.
