Apologies, I’ve had to remove the paddling pool temporarily as some jolly decent persons dog has taken the b**g out so I’ll have to find a way to make it permanently stick there 😫

I’m wet and more rain is forecast but the fields are so GREEN! I love it. ( but please let it be sunny again soon) 😊

Busy day in the field. Tyre stack has been redone, picnic bench has moved and a new tunnel has gone in. I’ve lifted the old path and am halfway through replacing it but the heat has got to me so that will be finished tomorrow. It will look great 😊

There are a lot of shady places in the Small Paddock, especially on the right hand side in the wooded area. I have chopped it all back and it’s a lovely, cool space for the dogs to rummage in. The car parking area is also well shaded.

This is my favourite time of year for the field. The grass is full of buttercups, and recovering from a savage winter, and everything is green and lush. I’ll mow paths in the next few days but the rest is staying wild and long for a few more weeks.
