Next Tuesday and Wednesday all of the money from bookings in both paddocks (less fees) will be donated to The Red Cross Nepal Disaster Fund. I have been welcomed by this wonderful country twice and both times I have left a better person so the least I can do is help to raise funds to help them recover from such a tragedy.

I cannot understand why people allow their dogs to chew these agility poles to do this much damage 🤬 So there is only one jump currently useable in the Small Paddock until I can replace them. Infuriating!

There are several of these little dishes in the field thanks to a lovely lady called Holly who found a little shrew drowned in a big water bowl. Lots of little creatures have no water so these little dishes are a perfect size and safe for them. Please do not move them .

25-minute quick play sessions are now available to book in the Small Paddock at The Fairy Dogmother Field!

Ideal for older dogs, focused training, or quick visits when you have a busy schedule.

To keep visits calm for everyone, Small Paddock bookings now start at :15 and :45 past the hour. This leaves plenty of time between arrivals and departures, ensuring a stress-free entrance every time 🚗🐾

55-minute slots are still available, and existing bookings will remain at their current times. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Due to the hosepipe ban you might find that the splash pool is not as full as usual, even though can still legally use one. We are filling it with a bucket and being very mindful, all the used water is giving the trees and plants a well needed drink 💦

NEW FIELD UPDATE
Since September last year, when I first applied, I have been battling with Torbay Council to go ahead with my proposed two paddocks in Long Road. I have complied with everything they asked but have had months with nothing from them and my calls and emails have been unanswered. Now I have been informed that this is classed as a ‘Major Development’ and some very costly Assessments are required plus a potential Levy. This makes my proposal far too costly and not financially viable, and the possibility is that I would still not get planning. I am beyond devastated, frustrated and angry that this has taken so long and, having spent a lot of money, I am no further than I was last September. I am going to sit with my misery for a while but I fear that my dream of a field in Paignton is now over . Gutted!
