Come and join us for a magical festive weekend 🎄🎅🏻🍹

Calling all artisan makers in Devon and beyond! Come and join us for our first ever makers led Christmas market. Cockington is the perfect backdrop for a traditional Christmas. Tickets for an Audeince with Santa will be on sale soon. Visitors will hear the beautiful voices from the Big Noise choir, can sample mulled wine and gin as well as traditional roast chestnuts from the Blacksmiths forge. The striking blue colour in our Devon Dry Gin comes from these little flowers, called butterfly pea flowers! 💙

Native to Southeast Asia, they’ve long been used in teas, traditional medicines, and natural dyes thanks to their vivid pigment.

Have a guess - how long do you think it takes for them to change our gin from clear to blue?

Torbay Gin started as a passion project back in 2020, with months of experimentation, research, and gin drinking (which we didn’t mind!). It all started with this still right here, which produced the very first bottles of the Torbay Gin we know today 🥂

Matobo is our gin in collaboration with and - where does the name come from?

Matobo is named after the Matobo Hills in Zimbabwe, site where Wild Planet Trust have been carrying out conservation work with Dambari Wildlife Trust since 1997.

It incorporates an African-inspired blend of botanicals, including black pepper, pink hibiscus and acacia, which has been wildly popular so far! It even picked up Taste of the West Gold 2025 🏅

With every bottle of Matobo we’ve told, we donate a portion towards their conservation efforts 🦁
