Monitor Flock Health & Target Parasite Treatments Effectively! 🐑💩

Faecal Worm Egg Counts (FWECs) are a simple, effective way to monitor your flock or herd’s health and target parasite treatments when they’re actually needed, saving you time, money, and reducing resistance risks.

✅ Fast results: Can be run in-house, with results available within 48 hours!
✅ Smart management: Helps you make informed decisions about worming treatments.
✅ Cost-effective: Avoid unnecessary dosing and protect your animals’ long-term health.

If you’re submitting samples, please follow our guidance below to ensure accurate results:

1. Loosely gather animals in a corner of the field for 10–15 minutes, then let them away. Collect fresh dung from the area.
2. Sample at least 8–10 sheep for best results (minimum of 6 accepted).
3. Wear gloves and collect fresh, warm faeces.
4. Collect at least 3g per animal (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons).
5. Place samples in individual zipper bags or plastic pots with lids tightly sealed.
6. Do not use filled gloves for submission.
7. Do not mix samples yourself.
8. Label each sample with farm name and group of animals and date collected.
9. Store samples hygienically in the fridge until delivery, ideally submit within 24 hours of collection.

Drop samples off promptly to ensure reliable testing and fast turnaround!
