THURSO SURGERY

We have had a tabby cat handed in deceased from around the area of Harrow Harbour, Mey.

It’s a young tabby estimated at around 4-5years old. Not microchipped.

Edit* cat is now in the care of cats protection for the time being
WICK
This little cat was taken up to us stuck inside a creel at the harbour. We have managed to get it out, it is quite scared so a cat’s protection team member is taking it back to near the harbour to release it. It was scanned for a microchip but none was present.

🐈‍⬛ THURSO BRANCH 🐈‍⬛

We’ve had an older black/brown cat handed into the Thurso Branch this morning from the Halkirk area.

It’s not very well and requires veterinary care, please get in touch if you recognise this cat or think it may be yours.

📢 Medication Ordering Update – From 1st August

For stable patients on long-term (chronic) medication, you can now request 1 or 2 months' supply at a time for your pet.

Please note: Controlled drugs are excluded and can only be dispensed 28 days at a time.

This applies to both medications dispensed by the practice and written prescriptions.

We have had a cat handed in that was found deceased just outside Castletown before The Stannergill Distillery.

Female black short haired cat, she is not microchipped.

We have had a kitten handed in from the Halkirk area, near the football pitch.

DSH female kitten, completely black, estimating 9-10 wks old.
