☀ STAY COOL! ☀

Hi everyone! We have been asked a couple of times how people can purchase us a doggy paddling pool, and we are so so grateful to those wanting to! We have updated our Amazon wishlist to add a couple of different options, and also some cooling bandanas/cooling toys to help keep the doggies cool in this heat, if anyone feels they would like to send some our way 😃

THANK YOU!

A big thank you to Pets at Home (Rayleigh Weir) for their generous donation of food for our doggies! Our store room is now well stocked with a big variety for our hungry residents.

We have been asked a couple of times recently if we have an Amazon wishlist... we do indeed! We have just updated it with the things that we are particularly in need of at the moment, if you are wanting to make any donations.

Meet Lottie, our 8 year old female Dalmatian. Lottie is a very pretty girl with 2 different coloured eyes, which is rare to see in dogs, but it makes her unique! Lottie could possibly live with another dog as long as it is on the calmer side, and she would be able to live with children who are 10+. She is a sweet girl who still has a lot of life left in her. She is currently being treated for her sore ears, and we have noticed that she may also be deaf. 💜

WAFFLES

Meet Waffles, our sweet 8 year old female Cocker Spaniel. When Waffles first arrived, we thought she was pregnant and in active labour. When no puppies arrived, she was taken to the vet, and it turns out she had an enormous pyometra. She had emergency surgery, which saved her life! She has recovered and is doing really well. Waffles loves the company of humans. She is a very cuddly and affectionate dog, so she hopes her new owner is the same too! She does get on with other dogs, so she could potentially live with another dog. However, she does like to guard her food, so she will need to be fed apart from any other dogs in the home. She is such a lovely, gentle girl and could live with children of any age. 🩷

MIA

Meet Mia, our 12 year old female Cairn Terrier cross. Mia was adopted from us 10 years ago but has unfortunately returned due to her owners passing. She is a sweet little girl who is looking for her retirement home to sleep and gets lots of love. Mia is looking for a home where she is the only dog, but she could happily live with older children. 🧡
