Zen Dog Whispering by Ken Stronach

Zen Dog Whispering by Ken Stronach My goal is to help people to enjoy the relationship they have with their dog. To help people to unde My name is Ken Stronach. From that moment, I was hooked.

To help people to understand their dog and give their dog a better life experience. To help people safeguard their families against unbalanced and aggressive dogs. To be happy and to help make others happy. I have been around dogs my whole life. I had my first dog when I was just six years old, and with the help and guidance of my father, I learned to train my dog. My first dog became my first bes

t friend, and being lucky enough to have a father that was a very experienced Police and Military dog handler and trainer, I learned as much as could from his teachings. I have also been a Martial Arts Practitioner for over 45 years, studying many styles all over the world, and it was through these studies that I found the crossover into a different type of communication with dogs; a sensory communication working on leadership values. My methods are logical and empowering for both the dog and the owners. I can help your dog make the change that you require, and you as the owner can learn to maintain that change with my guidance. Your dog will finally be able to just ‘be a dog’ and a happy dog at that. We must use Patience, persistence, and consistency to bring a dog back to a balanced state of mind, and I work with the owner to teach them the required skills and knowledge that will show them how to become the pack leader. A calm assertive energy is always my approach when rebalancing a dog. Dog training is more about ‘sit’ and ‘stay’ and word association, and although I can help you with this, it’s not really what I do. I like to ‘rebalance’ a dog by pushing the reset button so that it is not experiencing human induced psychological issues. Aggression, anxiety, obsessions etc. are all symptoms of a human induced psychological issue; I can help you to identify the required course of action to help your dog find the happy balanced state of mind that will make you and your family happy. The object is always to return the dog to a balanced state of mind, and teach the owners how to maintain this state. It is worth remembering that unlike humans, dogs live in the now state of mind and they are a lot happier and a lot more willing to ‘let go’ of their human induced mental baggage.

American actor Tom Selleck bought a dog shelter on the verge of closing—but what he did next surprised everyone. Only 72 hours to go.
The water bill hadn't been paid for weeks. The owner had issued a final warning: "Get out." Or the dogs would be removed.
But no one expected to see him enter. A tall man wearing a cowboy hat, pacing. No helpers. No cameras.
He walked straight to the last box and knelt next to the largest dog: Rusty, a 14-year-old golden retriever with a limp and arthritis.
He stayed there for ten minutes. Silently. Petting.

Then he looked at the shelter manager and asked, "How many dogs are here?"
"Forty-seven," she replied.
Tom gained a reputation and, in his earnest voice, declared:
"So 47 deserves to live like heroes."

He didn't just sign a check. He bought all the properties.
But that's not what blew up the internet.
The next day, the trucks arrived.
One. Two. Three.
New beds. Heated floors. Veterinary care.
Fresh food. Toys. Blankets embroidered with each dog's name.
Above each box, a plaque read:
"Forever Home - Courtesy of Tom Selleck."

Most moved?
Tom adopts Rusty.
"He's waited so long," he says with a comforting smile.
"Now it's my turn to wait for him."

Tom Selleck didn't just save a shelter.
He gave 47 souls a second chance.
