Many think we sit around and play with dogs all day. I mean, we do to an extent, but running a pet care business (or three) is so much more than that. The legalities, the licensing requirements, the care, the welfare, the health, the safety, the staff, the list is truly endless. But I love what I do and it feels amazing to be recognised in that too.
