What a fantastic day at Practice Power Up yesterday.

We brought together independent practice owners and leaders for a day focused on stepping out of the day-to-day and taking a clear, honest look at what’s really happening inside their practices.

Attendees brought real enthusiasm to the day, engaged fully in the sessions, and left with valuable insights and practical takeaways to bring back to their practices.

A huge thank you to Andy Green for sharing his expertise and insight with the attendees throughout the day, and to Rebecca Robinson for bringing her thoughtful guidance, energy, and support to the sessions. Together, they helped create a day full of learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation 💜.

We hope this is just the start, and we look forward to continuing to support those who joined us as they put their plans into action.

Mental Health Awareness Week is an important reminder that behind every veterinary practice are people carrying responsibility, pressure, and emotional load every single day.

The veterinary profession can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Long hours, difficult conversations, financial pressures, team challenges, and the weight of caring deeply can all take their toll over time.

That’s why support matters.

Whether it’s support from colleagues, peers, friends, family, or organisations like Vetlife, nobody should feel they have to navigate those pressures alone.

At Vet Dynamics, we see every day how much stronger practices become when people feel supported, heard, and aligned. While we help practices with leadership, communication, business performance, and team development, we also know that sustainable businesses are built around sustainable people.

This week, we celebrated several of our members graduating the Platinum Academy! 🎉
