Catherine (our new Head Gardener) took a trip up there on Thursday and came back full of inspiration… which can only mean one thing – plenty of exciting new ideas on the horizon for the water gardens!

Hi everyone,
What a scorcher today — and it’s only set to get hotter tomorrow 🥵 Don’t forget the sun cream!

We’ll be open tomorrow from 10am to 4pm, so if you fancy popping by, we’ll be here. Feel free to stop in, cool off a bit, and we can all have a good moan about the heat together 😂

A huge thank you to the Royal Wootton Bassett Gardening Club for inviting me along on Monday to give a talk on wildlife ponds.

I was made to feel so welcome, and it was an absolute pleasure chatting with such a friendly and enthusiastic group. Hopefully, I’ve inspired a few of you to give a wildlife pond a go!

If any clubs are looking for a speaker, feel free to get in touch — I’d love to hear from you.

Hi Everyone!!! 🌿🐠

They’re finally here… my tropical plants have landed!! 🎉

Fresh in this morning (Friday), and they’re looking absolutely spot on. I’ve got a great mix of both foreground and background plants, perfect whether you’re just tidying up a corner of your tank or going all in on a full refresh.

Plenty of choice and top quality stock ready and waiting—pop down and have a look!

Hi everyone,
I’ve had a cheeky top-up of tropical fish in store! These arrived last week (apologies I didn’t get the video out sooner), but they’ve settled in really well and are looking fantastic.

There’s a lovely mix available, including colourful livebearers, vibrant tetras, a great selection of catfish, and a few new additions that I don’t usually have in. Plenty to have a browse through whether you’re looking to add something different or just top up your tank.

Hi Everyone.
Fancy adding a pond to your garden? Now's the time to take the plunge. These pre-formed plastic ponds are very easy to install, either above ground or dug in. Perfect for fish and perfect for wildlife.

Hi everyone 👋

I thought I’d give you a look at the coldwater fish we currently have in stock. It’s taken a bit of time to get both the quality and the range to a point I’m really happy with, which is why I haven’t posted much about them until now.

All fish were microscope-checked yesterday and passed with a clean bill of health 👍

They’ll be ready and waiting for you this bank holiday weekend — looking forward to seeing you!
