Is it a Dinosaur......is it a Giraffe.......

Nope,it's Zazu doing his first dressage test yesterday 😆🦕🦒 🥰

Some wobbly baby moments (especially the Centre line 🙈) but very happy with his first time infront of a judge 🤎

Lot's to work on (as always) but a super positive experience for him and I managed to SQUEEZE into my show jacket after baby number 2 🥳🤣

Here are the times for Sunday, hopefully they are still good for everyone, it's a very busy day ahead so trying to meet everyone's wishes has been difficult.

VERY IMPORTANT ON THE DAY CAN YOU ENSURE THAT ONLY ONE CALLER AND PHOTOGRAPHER ACCOMPANY THE RIDER TO THE ARENA AND PLEASE DO NOT CONGREGATE AROUND THE ENTRANCE AREA TO THE ARENA ON FOOT OR ON YOUR HORSES, PLEASE EITHER STABLE YOUR HORSE WHILST WAITING FOR YOUR NEXT TEST OR WAIT AT TOP OF THE GRASS AREA.
TRAVELLERS TO US IT IS FINE FOR YOU TO TIE UP BY YOUR BOXES/LORRYS.

He was most upset to find the pub was closed after some cardio on the hills! 😆🩶

🦄 Pongo had his second Hofmag treatment yesterday by PA Equine Therapy .

I honestly couldn't believe the difference in him after one session,so much more relaxed!
More swing through his back,pushing more evenly behind and happier for me to just actually ride him!

He will now have regular sessions alongside his chiro with ESR Animal Chiropractic to keep him feeling as good as he can 🥰

I'd highly recommend it for any horse with any tight muscles,little niggles,rehab or just maintenance for a happy healthy horse!

Today for the Big Bean;

• Desensitising to the white boards as you never know what ghosts 👻 are hiding under them 🤦‍♀️

• Practicing our turns onto the Centre line as Zazu is currently like turning an arctic lorry! 🚛
(Much more suppleness needed! 😬)

• Practicing our Centre lines as they resemble wiggly worms at the moment 🪱

•And riding towards what will be a Judge's vehicle as playing chicken with the car isn't an option for me! 😆

After a winter break Nev is back to be re started 🩶 lot's of straight line long Reining,hill's and hacking for him!

We've started off with a walk around the grass gallops today,the hill is steeper than it looks! 🙈💪

I can't wait to be back on board him this week ❤️

🌟 Little Miss Dee Dee 🌟

What a super brave little mare. Dee Dee had her first trot with a rider yesterday and then a walk out along the grass track.

Layla and Paige (her favourite humans!) are doing a fab job producing her for Tash to just hop on and go! ❤️🐴

It's messy,it's a little rushed,it's unbalanced in place's.....it's progress.

This is real progress!

Having not cantered under saddle for a year and a half,I was so pleased with these canters from the Big Bean today 😍

Something Zazu struggles with is having a walk break and then getting back to it,we were mostly practicing this today and it's starting to sink in. Still not as relaxed as I'd like but....progress!

Now for me to get back to my fitness so I stop riding like Mr Soft flopping around 😆🙈
