I’m so sorry to those I’ve cancelled the last couple of days I hope u agree the decision was a valid one and best for ur dogs . I would never forgive myself if anything happened in my van due to the intense heat in there . Things aren’t looking much better heat wise for tomorrow either but will make a decision tomorrow morning on wether to go ahead with grooming x

Another scorcher on its way this weekend I’ll do my best to get to you but if I think it’s too hot I will be cancelling you . Please don’t think it’s because I want an easy life believe me it really isn’t as I have to work even harder than I do to try to get you back in with already full books . I am genuinely concerned about ur dogs , if it’s 26 and sunny outside it’s over 30 inside my tin can far far too hot for ur dogs to endure being washed dried clipped and having to stand still for over an hour etc x

I genuinly love all of the dogs that I groom and only have their well being at heart .

It’s forcast to be 26 tomorrow , 29 on Sunday and 32 degrees on Monday us as humans will struggle in these temps let alone our fur babies so please , think about how it’s gonna affect them .

Good morning lovely customers, please, please be careful with your furry friends during these summer months.
If you can imagine wearing a fur coat and going for a walk in these temperatures with nothing on your feet and feel it would be too much, then it most definitely will be your beloved dog/s.
The end of this week /weekend is forecast to be 27* to 33* this will be way too hot for dogs to be out and about. The Pudsey dog park www.thepudseydogpark.co.uk, will be monitoring the temperatures and rescheduling any appointments if the temperatures are too high. I will be starting with rescheduling our Beagle & Basset meet and play, given the forecast.
You can reschedule your own bookings up to 24hrs before your appointment time, by using the link we sent you on your confirmation emails. We have attached this info sheet for your info, hope this helps.

Sods law !! Have ended up having to cancel today anyway 😩 a couple of weeks ago I cut my finger ( middle one on right hand ) and it’s got infected , throbbing and doubled in size . I’ve been putting it off going to seek advice as I thought it would heal but I looked at it this morning and thought I need to go see someone as I couldn’t bend it and it was numb although very painful ( if that makes sense) . Well the outcome is that I’ve been put on antibiotics 1 tablet 4 times a day for 7 days and told to keep it out of water for a few days at least .
In a way I’m glad it’s happened now cus I think it’s going to be too hot over the next couple of days anyway to groom so those that I have cancelled I’m sorry but I will get you back in x keep safe in this heat guys love you all xx

Guys please please with the report of such warm weather approaching think about ur precious woofs . Remember no dog will die if it misses a walk but can die of heat exhaustion through being taken for a walk in the searing heat . There is a heat warning for us hoomans if we can’t cope nor can ur dogs .

Also please bear in mind that I may cancel your groom if I think it’s going to be too hot in my tin can for ur dog , if it’s 27 outside u can bet ur bottom dollar it’s 30 plus in my van and with dryers going etc it’s going to be unbearable for you pooch . I will get you back in !! X

Hi my lovely animal Vantics family . Not dog related but my son is having trouble with his roof apparently the valley needs replacing , is there anyone in our family that could go and give him a reasonable quote ? He has water patches on his bedroom ceiling and obviously with all this rain it’s only going to get worse . Not expecting any favours just a reasonable quote would be great .
