Before vs After 💥

We had a plan, design & idea of how we turned out this plain unit into a luxury home of raw food & natural dog treats, supplying you with quality food at great prices.

Sometimes it doesn’t feel real that the shop is ours! After lots of hard work, dedication and obviously the amazing support of customers, we wouldn’t have been able to move premises - literally over the road!

If you have been coming to us from the beginning you would know our old shop had its quirks, character and several small box rooms but not everything was perfect as the one thing that let us down was the driveway.

Next January Charlie & Co has been going for 5 years, as a small family business this is a huge accomplishment 💛

Happy 18th birthday to our Bagel, yes I said 18! 🥯

Our first Romanian rescue dog who has taught us so much. He is one grumpy man, who hates everyone but loves his raw food! Dumped outside of a bagel shop at the age of 9 years old, travelled to the uk on the happy van and has lived happy ever after 🏡

He’s now not as ginger, the grey has taken over his body but he’s still as handsome as ever 💛

Price increase - Prime Raw 💛

There is going to be a small price increase on Prime raw. We’ve stocked Prime for over 2 years now and have never increased the price.

As you know Prime raw is our cheapest brand, we are keeping it reasonably priced and still affordable. As of tomorrow 3rd July the new price is £1.10 per 454g roll.

Our over heads have gone up massively since moving, however we still very reasonably priced for everything, if not cheaper than most places. Our main priority is making sure we still offer a large range of raw food at affordable prices.

The unit is boiling at the minute, we do have the doors open & shutter door to try and cool it down or at least create a breeze.

We work really hard to ensure our freezer temperatures are kept at -18, to ensure your dogs food is kept at optimal temperatures to stop bacteria growth. With the amount of freezers we have they cost an absolute fortune to run, especially during these hotter months our electric bill can near enough double 🫠

Not only is the unit hot but the freezers are working extra hard producing even more heat.

Please make sure the freezers are closed properly, thank you 💛

Evening, just a quick update for tomorrow 👇🏼

We are open as normal 9-4pm, however from 12-2pm we have Sue & Phil covering the shop for us whilst we’re at Sonnys birthday party. Please be patient with them as they are getting used to the till so might not be the quickest. However they are trying their hardest and absolutely lovely to talk to - especially anything involving English bull terriers 💛

Jack & Steve are working in the morning with Sue & Phil to be of assistance if needed. All pre orders are aside and labelled in the stock freezer.

Boss baby turns 1 💛

Happy first birthday to our ray of sunshine, Sonny. He lights our world up in so many ways, watching him grow and his cheeky personality shine through is the best ☀️

Wishing him a wonderful first birthday, even if he will be more interested in the wrapping paper than the presents 😅

Sonny is already obsessed with dogs - shock! 🐶
