MIA

A recent commission of the greatly missed, beautiful Mia.
Mia’s owner asked for a bespoke memorial piece - a solid sterling silver disk with her engraved paw print, and a pendant to sit in front containing strands on Mia’s fur and her ashes. The colours were chosen to reflect Mia’s beautiful coat - a soft golden/caramel and ivory and her clever owner sent through a computer design of how she would like the the finished piece to look - an ombré effect from ivory to gold with the ashes placement within the darker segment. Mia’s fur was placed within the lower layers and not visible but still there.

A truly unique piece in memory of a very special girl.

Making the best kind of memories on our week away from the studio. Scotland at its very best. We are incredibly lucky to call this beautiful place, “home”.

This lovely ring is now on the way home to Margaret, finished in a soft powder blue with discreet opal accents to catch the light, gently combined with scattered ash particles. Understated. Classy. Beautiful.
