🐾Supporting Our Team on the World Stage!🐾

We’re incredibly proud to share that the Commandos Flyball Team are heading to Norwich to represent Team GB at the Flyball World Championships! 🏆🐶

With teams travelling from across the globe — including Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland and Great Britain — the competition is set to be fierce, and we cannot wait to see them in action.

The team is made up of five fantastic crossbreeds — Nagini, Severus, Zelda, Razzmatazz and Nahla, alongside one brilliant Border Collie, Peggy. Even more special to us, two of these amazing dogs belong to our very own Out of Hours Lead Veterinary Nurse, Nikita! 💙

At Wear Referrals, we are proud to be sponsoring the Commandos Flyball Team on their journey to the World Championships. Supporting the passion, dedication and bond between people and their dogs is something we truly value, and we’re honoured to play a small part in their success.

🌙🐾 Behind the Scenes: Our Out of Hours Nursing Team 🐾🌙

While much of the world is asleep, our Out of Hours Nursing Team is wide awake — caring for our patients each and every night.

We could not do what we do without this incredible team.

They work through the night keeping a constant, watchful eye on some of our most vulnerable patients, providing ongoing treatment, monitoring, comfort and reassurance when it matters most.

From managing complex medical and surgical cases, to responding to unexpected changes, and being at the end of the phone for worried owners, our OOH nurses are there — calm, compassionate and highly skilled.

They care for patients across all disciplines, working closely with emergency clinicians and on‑call specialists to ensure continuity of care from day into night.

To our Out of Hours nurses:

A huge congratulations to Charlotte on passing her OSCEs and officially becoming a qualified Veterinary Nurse! 🎉✨

Charlotte completed her training with us here at Wear Referrals, and we are so proud that she is continuing her journey as part of our team as an Orthopaedic Nurse. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for patient care have been incredible to watch throughout her training.
