⚠️ Polite Reminder ⚠️

During the online booking process customers have to select their drop and pick up dates and times.

Please double check these details carefully. They are on your booking confirmation and future reminder emails. If you need to amend them please give as much notice as possible.

We have set opening hours and may not be available if you arrive early or are late for your pre-booked time.

On your pets day of departure they will be put in their carry case ready for pick up around 10 minutes before your pick up time.

We have recently had customers arrive up to an hour after their pre-booked collection time.

This not only means your pets have been in a carry case for an excessive period of time prior to collection, it also means I can't get on with my day until the animal is collected.

Please always check dates and times carefully and let me know ASAP if you are delayed. Thank You.

⚠️ AVAILABILITY ⚠️

We currently have 2 guinea pig hutches available from 4th August onwards. And another 2 hutches available from the 11th August onwards.

For rabbits - our big outdoor walk in enclosures are fully booked until 1st Sept. Our indoor rabbit accommodation has limited availability from 8th August onwards.

🐰 Yurvac Vaccine

Just an update on the Yurvac vaccine. At the moment we do NOT require this as a mandatory vaccine to board. However we suggest you take your vets advice on receiving this vaccine.

Yurvac has been developed to be used alongside Nobivac Myxo RHD Plus to protect rabbits from new strains of RHD 1 & 2.

As yet there have been no confirmed cases of deaths in the UK but from the new strains, but deaths have been recorded in Europe.

Local vets who stock the vaccine are :

I have checked with Copelands, Tees Vets and White Cross and they are not stocking it at the moment.

Thank you to everyone who supported us on National Pet Shop Day! There are still so many local pet owners who don't realise we are here, even though we have been in this location for 8 years now!!

Please continue to tell your friends about us. We have access to 1000's of brands and products. Not just what you see in the shop and have a local delivery service every Thursday after 5pm.

From 3rd August onwards -

3 x indoor guinea pig hutches

Then good availability indoors and outdoors from 23rd August onwards.
