I had the pleasure of attending an insightful seminar with Jo Pay and Victoria Stilwell, from the tv show, The Dig Academy. The seminar focused on puppy development and canine reactivity.
The day was packed with valuable knowledge, practical strategies, and thought-provoking discussions about helping puppies grow into confident, resilient dogs while understanding and addressing reactivity in a positive, welfare-focused way.
It was fascinating to hear from two highly respected professionals whose experience and passion for improving the lives of dogs and their owners shone through every session. From early socialisation and emotional development to recognising stress signals and building confidence through positive reinforcement.
Continuous learning is so important in the dog training world, and opportunities like this help us better support the dogs and people we work with every day.
