With the current hot weather and temperatures expected to continue rising, we may need to make amendments to some scheduled grooming appointments over the coming days.
The safety, comfort, and welfare of the dogs in our care are always our highest priority. During periods of extreme heat, we may need to adjust appointment times, alter drying procedures, allow additional cooling breaks, or, in some cases, reschedule appointments where necessary to ensure dogs are not exposed to unnecessary stress.
We kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility during this period. Should any changes be required to your appointment, we will contact you directly as soon as possible.
