I just love it when clients take their homework seriously! Letting your young dog run free in an open space for the first time can be scary! But with the right training, prep and setup, it can be a fabulous experience for dog and humans. Well done Team Willow and thank you so much for the videos. Bet you had one tired pup after her beach adventures. ⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾🐾

More practice on the ‘wait’ by giant Great Dane puppy Uhtred. The distance is short at this stage but over time we will build in the distance. Some loose lead walking practice, which is always one of the skills we humans want our dogs to master. Excitable dogs showing they can walk together. 🩵🐾🐾👏

Practicing some loose lead walking can be a challenge for some dogs and handlers, but some lovely results from these pairings. Well done! 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️🐾🐾

Classes are back on today after cancelling them all yesterday. Much fresher out there but we still need to keep the dogs comfortable so it will be gentle tasks for you all today.

Hope you’re all managing to keep your dogs cool in this extremely hot weather! No walks, no worries 😉 My two have been in the paddock on rabbit watch in the early morning and late evenings with a dip or two in their paddling pool to keep cool. 😎 ☀️🐾🐾 Look after your dogs, they can’t take off their fur coats or dress for the weather like we can!!

Well the time has come and Monty has finally hung up his agility hat. He has arthritis and so it isn’t fair to keep asking him to do the course, even at a stroll. Monty has been the most brilliant demo dog over the years, working for me as we show the group the course layout. 🥰 From the crazy, barky, over-excited rescue dog to the lovable, happy soul he’s become, it’s been a pleasure to see the transformation. 🩵 He’s going to have a wonderful retirement with gentle swim sessions, lots of sniffy walks and will continue to do quality control for Lauraine when she has a cake baking session. 😁 Pop in and see us when you can Monty, all is humans and all your girls will all be pleased to see you. 🥰🐾🐾

Lovely gentle group walk up to our beautiful village church yesterday. This is one of the most effective ways to help settle a new dog into the group. Dexter is only 5 months old and is super happy and excited about everything in life. He coped extremely well being around the other dogs and was settled into the walk very politely. 👏⭐️🐾🐾
