🐾💕 A lovely week spent with little Maya! 💕🐾

Last week I had the pleasure of looking after the gorgeous Maya while her family were away. It was a busy week, with some very early starts for my regular dog walks, followed by even earlier morning walks for Maya, and evening strolls finishing around 9pm!

Despite the long days, Maya made it all worthwhile. She was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish, always ready for cuddles and company. One of my favourite things was how she'd sit and stare at me while eating her food, making sure I wasn't going anywhere! 😂

It's always a privilege to be trusted with someone's pet, and I loved spending the week getting to know Maya's personality. Thank you for letting me care for her – I already miss our walks and cuddles! 🐶❤️

Last week I had the lovely pleasure of checking in on Cieran twice a day — once in the morning and once in the evening — making sure he was happy, fed, and doing okay while his owners were away 🐾

Cieran is a very shy rescue cat, so I knew it would take a little time and patience to build his trust. Over the week he slowly became more comfortable around me, and by the end he was even letting me stroke him and have a little play 🥹

Moments like this are so rewarding, especially with rescue pets who just need a bit of kindness and consistency to feel safe. Hopefully this is the start of a lovely new cat-sitting friendship with Kieran 🐱🤍

NEXT WEEK’S WEATHER 😍☀️🐶

However, as you all know by now, I will never put your dogs at risk just for money 🫶🏼

With the temperatures getting so high, I’ll be starting super early next week. Walks will begin from 7am, with pick-ups from around 6:30am, so all doggos are home, cool, and safe before the hottest part of the day hits 🩵

To keep everyone safe and comfortable:
🐾 Walks may be shortened depending on the heat
🐾 Afternoon walks can be swapped for home visits, enrichment, toilet breaks, garden play, or cuddles instead
🐾2 hour walks might be shortened to 1.5hr.

If this is something you’re already worried about, just pop me a message and we’ll work out what’s best for your puppers ☀️

And of course, there will be no cancellation fees due to the weather — we can’t plan for British heatwaves 😂

I offer small, structured group walks with a focus on safety, consistency, and giving your dog the attention they deserve 🐶

A bit about me:

✔️ First aid trained (for both people & dogs)
✔️ Experienced with animals
✔️ Level 3 Diploma in Animal Behaviour

Areas I cover:
Sholing, Ocean village , Lordswood , Bitterene ,Woolston, Netley, Thornhill Burseldon, Swaythling.

Your dog will be walked with carefully matched dogs in your local area, in small groups of just 1–2 others — no overwhelming packs, just calm, balanced walks.

🚗 Route & Schedule Update

Hi everyone! Just a quick update to let you know that I’ll be reviewing the routes I currently take, mainly due to rising fuel costs.

Over the next little while, I may be reaching out to some of you to chat about possibly adjusting your days and/or times. This will help me organise things more efficiently and keep everything running smoothly.

With summer coming up, I’m hoping to make routes shorter and more local where possible — this will help me continue providing the best service I can while managing travel more sustainably.

Highlight of the Week 🐾

This week’s adventures were all about Lucy & Angus! We headed out on not one, but two adventure walks—and let’s just say… both dogs fully committed 😅

Mud? ✔️
Water? ✔️
Happy, tired pups? ✔️✔️

They both came back soaked, muddy, and absolutely loving life—which is exactly what it’s all about.

Say hello to Lola, our beautiful Rottweiler who joins the gang every Monday & Friday 💛

Don’t let the reputation fool you — Lola is the definition of a gentle giant. She’s incredibly sweet, loves people, and brings such a calm, easy-going vibe to our walks
Lola enjoys meeting other dogs and is super social, but her perfect match is a dog who likes a chilled adventure — think side-by-side walks, plenty of sniffing, and relaxed company rather than non-stop play.

She gets on best with medium-sized, calm dogs who enjoy being part of a pack without too much chaos 🐶

If your dog would love a relaxed, friendly walking buddy, Lola could be their perfect match!

This week’s highlight? CONSISTENCY 🙌🐾

Every single dog has been walked as planned, right on their rota – and honestly, that’s what matters most. Being reliable, showing up, and giving each dog the routine they know and thrive on 🐶💛

A solid routine = happy, balanced dogs… and that’s always the goal.

Of course, we had some standout moments too ✨

🐾 This is what an Adventure Day looks like… 🐾

Today’s crew had the best time 💚
We spent a full 2 hours out exploring — mixing it up with different locations to keep things exciting and enriching for the dogs.

From woodland sniffing trails 🌳 to splashing about in the water 🌊, every dog got to do what they love most. Plenty of time to run, explore, socialise, and of course… be completely pampered with care and attention throughout.

Just look at them 😍 happy, relaxed, and living their best lives!

This is exactly what my adventure walks are all about — giving your dogs freedom, variety, and a proper experience, not just a quick walk.
