Swallowfield EC is a family owned BHS Highly Commended Livery and Competition centre in Lapworth.

Saturday 3rd May we have Stressless Dressage - casual wear, no plaiting, longer time before the bell goes and a very relaxed atmosphere. Entries close Wednesday at 9pm.
In the afternoon we have Trailblazerss Unafilliated Dressage - competition wear 👍 entries are low at the moment. Nicky Brunt British Dressage - North & West Regionave British Dressage - North & West Region classes - why not get those points in whilst you can, with the lovely weather, no flies and enjoy a calm Sunday. Lewis and Jo are judging this Sunday 👍
Entries close Thursday at 9pm.

Well done everyone who joined us here this weekend for our British Dressage - North & West Region with fsm and this afternoon unafilliated Trailblazers .
We have been lucky again with beautiful weather - and with some lovely horses for our judges ☀️

Our highest score of the day yesterday went to William Roberts riding the stunning Lady I scoring 72.8% in Prelim 6 👏👏

William wins prize money as does Alex Houldcroft riding Bardot Herself winning the Elem 4 with 67.16 % 👏👏 Alex also won the Elem 5 with 68.75%

Well done also to Francesca Leaning with Jeu Carla-H scoring 69.83% in the adv med fsm 🎶

A huge thank you to judges Lizzie B and Tom Graham and Aileen Axcell for writing and to Lewis Pratley for stewarding and calling tests 🥰

Today we had a very high scoring novice class starting with Rebecca Hughes riding HP Elvia scoring 73.12% in Novice 4 👏👏

The highest fsm 🎶 score of the day went to BD’s own Camille Peters riding Larkshill Nobelle scoring a hugh 76.1% in the novice fsm 🤩🤩

Well done too to Swallowfield’s Jane Brook and Mattie scoring 70.27 % in the novice fsm 🎶👏👏

This afternoon we had some high scoring Trailblazers combinations and the highest score of the day went to Rebecca Parsonage riding Catherston Time after Time scoring 73.04 % in Prelim 2👏👏

Maizie Mccormick riding Hugo came a close second, scoring 72.8% also in Prelim 2 👏👏

What a lovely review 🤩
There are plenty of reasons not to run shows, mainly financial reasons - this is one good reason why we still do😊

We are still taking entries for our two day British Dressage - North & West Region shows this weekend and entries close this evening at 9pm.
Times will be live tomorrow online.

Saturday 26th we have prelim -advanced medium with medium and advanced medium fsm classes 🎶

Judges are Lizzie B and Tom Graham.

Sunday 27th we have prelim -elem plus prelim -elem fsm 🎶

Judge Sue Bullock.

We also in Sunday pm have Trailblazers Unafilliated Dressage with Sue also judging.

Well done everyone who joined us here on Easter Sunday for our British Dressage - North & West Region show. It was beautiful weather and some more welcome sunshine ☀️

Our highest score of the day went to Oliver Gould riding Miami Alana scoring 69.83% in Elem 4👏👏

Well done to Kate Jones with Fashionably Late KJ winning prize money in a competitive Novice 4 and 6👏👏

Well done everyone who joined us here today for Stressless Dressage and Trailblazers Qualifiers.

We had some great riding and new faces today and some very competitive classes with extremely close placings !
All results are on our website.

The highest score this morning in the Trailblazers classes went to Amanda Trentham riding Rio scoring 67.4% in Novice 1👏👏

It was great to also to see Harriet Cook back out with us competing in her first elementary class with Constantinople 🥰

We had a really well supported Stressless show with classes up to 10th place and very close scores 🏵️

Well done everyone who joined us today for clear round and Trailblazers Showjumping and what a glorious day of wall to wall sunshine ☀️

Huge thanks to Coursebuilder Mitchell Costello who built another lovely inviting course in our outdoor arena.

A big thank you also to James Mole and Ruby Steeples -the Swallowfield ground crew who ran everything smoothly - every competitor had an Easter treat or polos for their clever ponies 👍

A really inciteful talk including new treatments for ulcers and lots of questions 👍

📣Calling all showjumpers !

This Saturday 12th April join us for clear round and Unafilliated Showjumping !

Join us this Saturday for clear round showjumping and Unafilliated Trailblazers qualifiers. We start at 40cms cross poles with assisted lead rein and jump in our lovely big outdoor arena and warm up indoors.

The fab Mitch Costello will be building again for us and we have some lovely rosettes and polos to all rounds.

Anyone entering the clear round - casual dress - trailblazers entries competition gear.

The brilliant Martin Fox _Photography will be here too - he will be choosing his favourite photo he takes on the day and the winner will be announced on Saturday evening on here -winning a fantastic 10x8 glossy print 👏👏

Entries close online Friday 11th April at 12pm and times will be emailed -you may book an extra round on the day.

We do take entries on the day with a £2.00 surcharge - please email Jo at [email protected] before 9am on Saturday 12th and we can give your time slots 👍

We have hot and cold drinks, fresh home made rolls and cakes - so bring some cash for our honesty box.

Well done everyone who joined us here this weekend for our British Dressage - North & West Region show. It was beautiful weather on both days and some welcome sunshine as we start to move into April☀️

Yesterday classes ranged from prelim to medium and the highest score of the whole day went to Danni Nicholson riding Casanova’s Valentine scoring 71.29% in Novice 6 👏👏 Danni was also joint 1st in Elem 4 with Sue Millington and Montenegro ll scoring 67% 👏👏

A huge thank you to Lise Roberts for judging, Aileen Axcell for writing and Tina Kazmi for stewarding and calling tests 🥰

Today we had prelim to medium level plus fsm classes. The highest score of the day went to Alex Houldcroft and Bardot herself scoring 72.88 % in the Elem fsm 👏👏
Emma Briggs and Camelia Herself scored 69.5% in the Medium fsm👏👏

We had quite a few riders trying their music and floorplans for the first time and also back out after enforced breaks, so well done everyone!

Well done everyone who joined us here today for Stressless Dressage.

We had some great riding and new faces this morning and the highest score in all the Stressless classes went to Sue Bembridge and Fidra Moonraker scoring 67.8% in Novice 3 👏

It was great to see Bobbie Houghton and Phoebe back here in action coming first in Intro 2 with 67.04% 👏👏

Ashley Robins and Solidair Van Kasterhoeve also won intro 3 with 67.27% 👏👏

Linda Butler and Miss-Teeq won the Prelim 2 with 67.27 👏👏
