Do you know what it means if a dog is wearing a yellow lead, harness or jacket?

It means that dog needs some personal space.

It may be due to anxiety, partially sighted, deaf, convalescing, a newly rehomed rescue ...or many other reasons.
It doesn't mean they are "bad" dogs ( or owners)
The owner is managing the dogs environment as best they can.

Please respect the dogs needs , just give them space to relax.

Unless you've owned a dog that needs space you've no idea how stressful a walk can be.

A smile or friendly wave in the owners direction, from a distance makes things a whole lot easier 😀
