nces, and come highly recommended. The Gifted Cat is also fully insured and have a current CRB - Criminal Records Bureau and all of these documents and references are available to see on request. The Gifted Cat offers a initial consultation, which includes completing a detailed questionnaire to ensure that we get to know your cat(s) individual needs, as well as meeting them and making furriends, usually with the help of Dreamies. We are a family, cat loving business, and not part of a franchise We love all animals though we only offer cat sitting as that is our area of expertise and experience. Please refer to the Service Agreement (which is emailed for your perusal) on the terms and conditions of our Pawsome Cat Sitting Service. Purrfect Gifts: we design and create bespoke, personalised gifts for cat lovers. These gifts are individually handcrafted with love, in house and are not mass produced, and we work from your own cat(s) photos. Our waiting list is currently closed due to high demand and will reopen in approx. N.B please ensure that you read the invoice before payment and all gifts will be created and designed on receipt of payment. Our dispatch time is within 3 - 42 working days, depending on the gift as we design and create our personal gifts to order. If you urgently require your gift, please contact us and we will do our utmost to complete your order as soon as possible. If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to personalised items unless damaged. You will be responsible for the return postage unless damaged, in which postage will be refunded on return of the item. Please use the tracking service when returning the item and keep the receipt until we confirm that we have received it. Refunds may not be made if the item has been used or is not in a resalable condition including its original packaging. Please contact us if your item arrives damaged or if you have not received it within 14 working days and we will do our utmost to ascertain and resolve the problem.
