💥 Important Notice – Please Read 💥
This is not something I ever wanted to have to post; however, it is important that I address an incident that occurred on Monday 8th June.
During a customer's booked one-hour session, two individuals entered the field with their dog despite the field already being in use. As a result, the customer felt unable to continue their session and left approximately 30 minutes early. The individuals then remained in the field for a further 30 minutes.
I do not know who these individuals are, and there was no booking recorded in my diary for that time. Therefore, I must assume that they entered the field without permission or payment. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of the situation until after it had occurred.
I would like to make it absolutely clear that our fields are private facilities and are not free to use. All dog fields are available on a private, sole-use basis only, and a valid booking and payment are required before entry.
If anyone recognises the individuals shown in the videos below, or if they are following this page themselves, please contact me as soon as possible. I need to discuss payment for the time that my customer lost as a result of this incident.
I would also like to remind all visitors of the importance of following our site rules. All gates must be closed and secured upon entry and exit. When leaving the field, the gate must be locked, even if the next customer is waiting to enter. These procedures are in place for the safety, security, and enjoyment of all users and must be followed at all times.
If you experience any issues or witness anything similar, please contact me immediately so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
