To all of my lovely clients 🤍🐾
As many of you may already know, I recently had to undergo surgery unexpectedly, which unfortunately meant I had no choice but to take some time away from grooming while I recover.
I know this has caused disruption with appointments, cancellations, messages and rearranging, and I just wanted to sincerely apologise to anybody who has been affected. Anyone who runs their own business will know how difficult it is to step away so suddenly, especially when you care so deeply about your clients and their dogs.
I cannot thank everyone enough for the patience, kindness and understanding I’ve been shown throughout all of this. The support, messages and well wishes truly have meant more to me than I can put into words 🥹🤍
I’m doing my best to work through messages, reorganise appointments and get back to everyone as soon as possible, so please continue to bear with me while I recover and catch up.
If anybody does need to go elsewhere in the meantime, or would like recommendations for some lovely groomers I trust, please don’t hesitate to ask — I completely understand and just want what’s best for your dogs 🐶✨
Thank you again for continuing to support Harris Hounds through both the difficult moments and the good ones. It never goes unnoticed, and I feel incredibly lucky to have such understanding clients and such wonderful dogs to come back to 🤍
