Can I pleassssse remind you all to NOT walk or exercise your dog(s) before their appointment with me during these hot summer spells??? I have been sending information texts out to everyone before your appointment(s) but I am not always heard.
I will have no option but to turn you away should your dog come in looking hot and panting.

I have received some very sad news.
Beautiful Archie is no longer with us.
My heart goes out to his family at this time.
I miss you so much already Archie.

As much as I request your dog to be exercised/toileted before being groomed, please bear in mind that heat stroke is real and all too common this time of the year…
Early morning walks and late evening walks are sensible particularly in larger breeds or brachycephalic breeds.
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK. THANK YOU.
