Just short of nine weeks previous
I unknowingly gave this baby his final pamper.

Alfie sadly passed away last weekend.

I am so glad I took his age, body language and health questions into consideration by grooming him at HIS OWN PACE.

Sleep well sweet baby boy.
I know your mummy will miss you very much.

I am so glad to have met you.

You see I am not just ‘the groomer’,
I really do care about their health and well being.

Dear customer(s).

Many thanks for booking in with me next week.
We are expecting some very hot weather, believe it or not! ☺️🔥☀️. Finally!

However;

I would just like to stipulate that as much as I request your dog(s) to be fully exercised and toileted before their pamper(s) to make them comfortable;
PLEASE BE MINDFUL HOWEVER DURING THE HOTTER MONTHS that bringing a hot dog into the studio before a pamper, can put them at risk of potential heatstroke.
A hot dryer on top of an already hot dog is not a risk I am wanting to take and, I may have to turn your dog away if they come in panting or looking hot and bothered.
Thank you for your understanding and I hope you understand my concern.

New customer, new owner of this baby girl so PLEASE NO negative comments.

I love being able to help, guide and support you in understanding how best to maintain your dog’s coat.

This new owner was absolutely wonderful and felt completely as ease showing me which brushes and combs he had been using up until now.
He completely accepted my advice and support and is very willing to do what is best for his new baby girl.

At only 10 months old, she handled a difficult first groom like a real trooper!

I am so proud of her. 👏❤️‍🩹🐾👏❤️‍🩹🐾

Dear customer(s).

I have just arrived back from a family holiday abroad and I have lost my voice from being poorly.
I have been inundated with enquiries which is wonderful. Each and every enquiry is VERY important to me.
Please bear with me and I will endeavour to contact you all as soon as I have gotten through the mountains of holiday washing here 🫣. I may have to contact you tomorrow (Sunday) as I am back to practical work on Monday.
Currently, I do not have any appointments available until week starting Tuesday 26th May but, I would be very happy to pop you onto my cancellation list. Life happens and sometimes people do need to reschedule or cancel so please don’t lose heart.
