My next availability for full grooms is from the start of October.

I do still have a couple of spaces available towards the end of September for small breed grooms and bath-only appointments.

✨ Nail trims can also be accommodated on most days, subject to availability.

✨ My next cat grooming date is Sat 11th October (sept is fully booked )

Hi unfortunately I am fully booked for a few weeks, Saturday 4th July onwards being my soonest available appointment.
Nail trim only appointments are available most days .
I understand it's frustrating especially with the current warm weather and understand dogs are struggling with the increased temperatures 🌡️ but I am unable to "just squeeze" anyone else in as much as I honestly wish I could. Please inbox to book as I don't always see comments

Salon Policies

Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving later than this may impact subsequent appointments and family commitments. Appointments may be shortened or need to be rescheduled.
Late arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a cancellation fee (50% of grooming cost )

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange appointments. As this business is my sole income, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — including late arrivals beyond the grace period — will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the grooming cost. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be made.

If a service cannot be completed due to behaviour that creates a safety concern the full balance of the appointment will still be applicable.
This includes situations where a service must be stopped part way through.

By going ahead with and attending your appointment, you confirm that you agree to my terms, conditions, and salon policies
