✨ Such a pinch-me moment! I need to share✨

After months of searching, applying, and wondering if I’d ever get this incredible opportunity, I can finally say that I’ve been accepted to volunteer in Greece at a cat sanctuary! 😍🐾

On the 4th January 2027, I’ll be heading off for a whole month to work alongside so many beautiful cats, gaining hands on experience and learning all about the putty cats, health, cleanliness & what it takes to run rescue centres for cats (mainly) but dogs too🥹❤️

This is such a huge stepping stone for me and something I’ve dreamed about for a long time. The experience I’ll gain will be invaluable and something I can bring back to improve my own work with cats in the future ~ especially sanctuary’s 🫶🏼🐱

I’m beyond excited, grateful, and honestly still a little bit in shock that it’s happening! I’ll be working in a lovely little sanctuary called “let’s be smart” in kouvaras, East region of Greece 🇬🇷 🐱

So what this means for January 2027 ~ I will be unavailable for the entire month for cat sittings ~ my partner Reece will also be unavailable as he’ll be on full time daddy day care during that month🤣🩷

So blumin excited! 😝

I’ve looked after tia a fair few times and every time she was just a good little girly, always purring & loved all the attention🥰 certainly will miss her.

Thinking of her mum & dad through this difficult time😔🩷 rip sweetie xx

It’s so good to see these putty cats again😍 Tiger (ginger boy) he’s a new customer ~ after the meet & greet I was quite unsure how nervous he would be. However, after my AM visit this morning he was really keen to know me☺️ such a lovely feeling x
