🐾🖤 Hi, I’m a beautiful 6-year-old black Labrador, and I’m looking for my forever family! 🖤🐾

Could you be the one I’ve been waiting for? 🏡💕

I’m a happy, loving girl who adores people. My favourite things are cuddles on the sofa 🛋️, playing with my toys 🎾, and spending time with my humans. I’ve lived happily with other dogs 🐶, cats 🐱 and children 👧👦, so I could fit into lots of different family homes.

I’m a typical Labrador, which means I’m enthusiastic, fun… and sometimes a little too excited! 😄 I can be quite strong on the lead, so I’m looking for someone who is confident handling a bigger girl and will help me keep practising my lead manners with patience and kindness. ❤️

When I meet new people, I get so excited that I sometimes forget my manners 🤭, but I soon settle down and soak up all the fuss and cuddles I can get.

I’m fully house-trained ✅, have a very gentle nature, and I’m super food-motivated (you might want to keep those kitchen counters clear… I can be a bit of a “counter surfer!” 🍗😂).

My previous family made the heartbreaking decision to let me find a new home because they can no longer give me the time and exercise I need. They love me very much and want me to have the happy, active life I deserve. 💔

I’d love a home with someone who understands Labradors (or similar active breeds), has plenty of time for adventures 🚶‍♀️🌳, ongoing training, and lots of love. I’ve lived with children of all ages, but older children may be best because I’m a strong girl when I get excited.

Spike is a nearly 6yr old liver and white cocker spaniel, he is castrated, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and has a clean bill of health. He will be rehomed with 5 weeks free pet insurance.

Spike came to us from the stray pound where he wasn't claimed, we can see from his chip records though that he has been an outside dog from traveller background, dogs we are always so pleased to help as they are always the most amazing dogs.

Spike is an absolutely super boy, he is a typical super lively, super active and super friendly cocker who does everything at a million miles an hour, his tail always wagging. He is looking for a very active, outdoorsy type family who can give him the level of exercise and enrichment that he needs to keep him the fit and happy boy his is now. He is very loving and gentle and settled in so quickly into his foster home, he really is such a cracker.

Spike is seeking a rural home with a good sized secured garden to play in. He will need a home with another friendly neutered dog, ideally a female spaniel type would be perfect. He is great around the livestock and equines here and hasn't shown much interest in the cats. He has a very sound, loving temperament so we are happy to consider family homes with respectful dog savvy children aged 5yrs and over.

Spike walks well on the lead, travels well in the car and is great with the vet. He is fine being groomed and bathed and is house trained and non destructive. He is fine being left for a few hours in the day after plenty of exercise and sleeps downstairs quietly at night......pretty much the perfect boy.

👀🐶 We’re not saying this is your fault, but… 🐶 👀

Readers, we’re genuinely blown away by the support you’ve shown our dogs and this page. We love sharing their stories with you and giving you a glimpse into the unique personalities behind the wagging tails.

Unfortunately though… you’ve created a monster. 🤣🐶

As you already know, PD Bramble has never exactly been short of confidence. She was quite happy believing she was the centre of the universe long before our social media page came along.

Then you started telling her how wonderful she is. ❤️

She’s now fully convinced she’s Britain’s favourite police dog. 👑

Her human recently tried explaining that people enjoy hearing about the work she does, and it's not just a Bramble appreciation club.

Bramble didn’t even let them finish.

“Right,” she said. “More devices. More Bramble. That’s what the people want.” 🤦‍♀️

So today she went out and delivered...

While assisting officers on a search, Bramble located a number of digital devices that will help towards the investigation. 📱🐾

She’s calling it “giving the fans what they came for.” Her handler is calling it “doing her job.”

And a job well done it was. Yes, you are a clever girl, Bramble. 💙

Then, because apparently finding evidence wasn’t dramatic enough, she decided to get herself stung by a wasp. 🐝

We’re still trying to work out whether it was an unfortunate accident or whether she thought it might help her go viral. Ever since someone mentioned the Amber Heard courtroom bee, she’s been convinced insect-related fame is an untapped market.

Thankfully, apart from a bruised ego when she realised the wasp wasn't going to make her trend online, she’s absolutely fine. 😌

She'll be back at work tomorrow, hopefully finding more sneaky hiding places... that is unless she decides she's too famous and starts demanding her own security... (You are a police dog, Bram).
