Unfortunately we have had a deceased cat brought into the Stafford surgery. He is a young neutered ginger male but sadly not chipped found by the railway station 🐾 please get In touch if you know the owners so we can inform them. 💔

Talking pesky parasites in cats 🪱 🐈

Cats can get roundworm and tapeworm by accidentally eating their eggs, and it’s important to take preventative treatment by giving them a regular wormer.

Symptoms of worms include:

🐈 Weight loss
🐈 Eating more
🐈 Diarrhoea
🐈 Tapeworm segments (which look like grains of rice) in your cat’s poo
